9. Limitation of Liability

  • FinCrime Expert is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

  • By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to User Agreement

  • We may update this User Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform.
  • Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

  • This User Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
